Shipping policy

We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak. We want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders with Desert Breeze Pets. 

We use several manufacturers throughout the United States that ship from various warehouses. As of right now, all warehouses are still actively fulfilling orders. 

As of right now, processing time after placing an order is 2-3 days but since some warehouses may be working on minimal staff, that could delay your processing time by a few days. 

Shipping times will vary based on current USPS/FedEx/UPS delivery times. Right now we are no longer guaranteeing overnight and express deliveries.

All orders $50 and over shipped to a destination within the Continental United States are shipped free of charge!

As always, you can select a faster shipping method during checkout for additional expense. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. 

Standard Shipping: With our standard shipping, you should receive your products within 5-8 business days from the day the order is processed. (If you order before 6pm EST your order will be processed same day)

PO Box Shipping: We can ship some items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
